To analyze the social media functioning and performance, I conducted a social media audit and in turn, developed a strategic report. The data collected provided a starting guidance to develop a social media strategy targeted on increasing engagement. Each account holds a high number of followers, and focusing on engagement within our platforms builds a strong community, leading to a solid audience. By focusing on quality over quantity, we saw see steady growth in our engagement which leads to an increase in followers.
